Company information
This website is operated by NORYVIA LTD, company number 17420335, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 28 Kendal Road, Sheffield, England, S6 4QG. Contact: support@noryviasoftware.tech.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about software development and IT consultancy services. It is not a self-service shop, professional legal or tax advice, or a guarantee that NORYVIA will accept a particular project.
Enquiries and contract formation
Submitting a website form, receiving an automated acknowledgement or discussing a requirement does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when both parties accept the applicable written proposal, statement of work or service agreement in the manner specified there.
Service scope and changes
Deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, client responsibilities, timetable, acceptance method and support boundaries are confirmed in project documents. Material changes must be assessed and may affect price and timing. Neither party should rely on work outside the agreed scope.
Prices, tax and payment
Website prices are indicative starting figures, not binding quotations. Formal quotes may include milestones, deposits, staged invoices, third-party costs and applicable taxes. NORYVIA is not VAT registered at the date of these terms; any later change will be shown in relevant commercial documents.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely decisions, authorised access and materials they have the right to use. They must not provide unlawful content, malicious code, credentials through public forms, or personal data beyond what has been agreed and protected.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of pre-existing materials, project deliverables, open-source components and third-party assets are defined in the project agreement. No website content, trade mark or design is transferred merely through access to the site.
Confidentiality and data
Confidential information and personal data are handled under the applicable agreement and privacy notice. The initial website form is not an approved route for secrets, passwords, production datasets or special category personal data.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting, software, APIs or suppliers controlled by third parties. Their terms, availability, pricing and changes may be outside NORYVIA’s control. Relevant dependencies and responsibilities should be identified in the project scope.
Availability and acceptable use
You must not attack, probe, overload, scrape unlawfully, interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to this website. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, hosting issues or matters outside reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the extent permitted by law, general website information is provided without a promise that it is complete or suitable for a particular project. Contract-specific liability is governed by the applicable agreement. Consumer statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain unaffected. Questions can be sent to support@noryviasoftware.tech.
