Enquiries
A website enquiry can be withdrawn at any time before contract by emailing support@noryviasoftware.tech. Because an enquiry is non-binding, no fee is due merely for submitting it.
Business clients
B2B cancellation, termination, notice, work-in-progress charges and treatment of deposits are governed by the accepted proposal or service agreement. If no contract has been accepted, either party may stop discussions without a project fee, subject to any separately agreed paid discovery.
Consumers and cooling-off rights
Where a private client contracts as a consumer at a distance, a statutory cancellation period may apply, commonly 14 days from contract. Required pre-contract information and any cancellation form should be provided with the contract. Exceptions and different rules can apply to certain digital content or fully performed services.
Requesting an early start
If a consumer asks for services to begin during a statutory cancellation period, NORYVIA will seek the acknowledgements required by law. If the consumer later cancels within that period, a proportionate amount may be payable for work properly supplied up to cancellation where the legal conditions are met.
Digital content
Where a contract includes immediate digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of the cancellation right requires the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement where applicable. Project documents will address this before supply.
Refunds and completed work
Any refund is calculated under the applicable contract and mandatory law, considering payments made, work supplied, committed third-party costs and valid cancellation rights. Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate agreed method without undue delay.
EU consumers
Consumers resident in the EU may benefit from mandatory rights in their country. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to cancel
Send a clear statement to support@noryviasoftware.tech identifying the client, project or proposal, contact details and decision to cancel. NORYVIA will confirm receipt and explain any next steps.
